The jQuery API has a number of hosts that have recent and up-to-date versions:

For example:

<scriptsrc="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js"type="text/javascript"></script>

<script type=”text/javascript” src=”//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.2/jquery.min.js”></script>
